Human-centred leadership & prosocial influence with Kate Billing
1 hour CPD
Monday 16 February 2026
12:00–1:00 pm
Free Zoom webinar
Free, 1-hour CPD, lunchtime webinar exploring how human-centred leadership and prosocial behaviours shape influence in everyday legal and professional settings. Kate Billing will unpack what influence looks like when it’s grounded in relationships, context, and values, rather than authority alone.
The session draws on social psychology and behavioural science to show how small, intentional behaviours can reduce defensiveness, build trust, and support better outcomes in at work and beyond. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how influence shows up across work, home, and community, and how to use it in ways that feel authentic and aligned.
This session will help you:
- Understand what prosocial behaviours are and why they’re effective
- Recognise where influence is shaped by relationships, not hierarchy
- Identify 2–3 practical micro-behaviours you can apply immediately in everyday interactions
No leadership title required, we're all in a position to influence around us. Designed for in-house legal professionals and open to all.
